چکیده

Water can contain pathogenic viruses. Many studies on RNA virus sources have shown that water transmit them. However, there are few reports DNA transmission through water, such as adenovirus, which pose a widespread public health risk. Therefore, this study aimed to show waterborne viral by detecting viruses in pooled human whole blood samples, tap and natural from Mueang District, Phayao Province, Thailand, using metagenomic approach. Viral prevalence samples was measured polymerase chain reaction (PCR) quantitative PCR (qPCR), environmental factors affect infection were assessed. Metagenomics results showed Epstein–Barr (EBV) members among the prominent cancer-associated oncogenic detected all types similar EBV reference sequence (NC_007605). There 59 out of 813 (7.26%) positive for based qPCR EBNA-1 EBNA-2 genes. Water- blood-borne should be concern treatment transfusion patients, respectively. detection suggests via is possible investigated further.
